美贸易代表称将就部分中国商品降税征求公众意见，目标覆盖约300亿美元非敏感商品

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">美国贸易代表杰米森·格里尔（Jamieson Greer）5月26日表示，美国贸易代表办公室（USTR）将很快在《联邦公报》发布通知，就哪些中国输美商品适合享受较低关税公开征求公众意见，目标是促成两国间至少约300亿美元"非敏感、非战略性商品"的关税减免，这是美方主动考虑定向降税并启动意见征询程序，并非全面取消301关税；目前具体商品清单尚未公布，业界预测最可能被纳入降税范围的包括烟花、家居用品、玩具、服装鞋类、装饰品等低端消费品，部分消费电子附件（耳机、充电器）及工业非敏感零部件、部分农产品及相关医疗设备，流程类似此前的301关税排除清单征询，最终清单将视行业与企业反馈确定，建议涉及对美出口的相关外贸及跨境电商企业密切关注USTR近期公告，提前梳理在售SKU海关编码以评估潜在利好。</div>
