Shopee越南、中国台湾、马来、巴西四站点调整罚分申诉机制，新增7天缓冲期暂缓执行

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">为优化罚分申诉机制并提升卖家体验，Shopee宣布自2026年4月13日起在越南及台湾站点、4月20日在马来西亚站点、6月1日在巴西站点推行新规：自计分当日起平台将提供7个自然日的申诉缓冲期，期间计分相关惩罚暂缓执行，卖家若在缓冲期内申诉成功，该笔计分及对应惩罚将直接移除；整体申诉期仍为14个自然日，卖家需在计分后2个工作日内提交完整申诉材料以确保当周审核，若超时或材料不全导致当周未完成审核，相关惩罚将于计分后的下周一正式生效，惩罚执行后卖家仍可在剩余7天内继续申诉；例如6月1日计分的订单，若未及时申诉成功，惩罚将于6月8日生效，卖家最晚可于6月14日前完成申诉，此举旨在通过“缓冲期+阶梯执行”降低误判对卖家运营的即时冲击，同时保留平台合规监管效力。</div>
