<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">根据墨西哥税务总局（SAT）最新合规要求，Shopee墨西哥站点自2026年6月1日起正式实施三方仓（3PF）订单税务新政，平台将依据卖家提交的经营信息与RFC（纳税人识别号）资质，在订单结算页面向买家自动展示并代收增值税及所得税，卖家无需自行改价；新规执行两步审核流程，卖家需先填写本地经营问卷，平台据此判定是否需进一步提交RFC材料，若初审判定需提交，卖家须确保RFC类型与公司主体严格一致且一一对应，虚假材料将导致审核失败，最终税率将依据RFC状态分为标准税率或豁免税率，所有税费计算与代缴均由平台自动完成，卖家仅需确保税务信息真实有效以避免因信息缺失被默认适用高税率，此举标志着墨西哥跨境电商正式进入“平台代扣代缴”的强监管时代。</div>
