Shein公布供应链调查报告：99.8%工资合规，超六成工人满意工作

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">要知网消息，Shein近日发布供应链责任调查报告，委托WRAP对广州208家核心供应商进行的独立评估显示，在分析的7317份工资样本中，99.8%符合当地法定最低工资标准，其中95.5%的时薪高出最低工资至少40%，97.5%符合法定加班费标准。工人满意度方面，86.8%的受访者对工作环境表示满意，65.6%对工作本身持肯定态度，仅2.4%明确不满；但在工资充足性感知上，约26.7%的工人认为收入不足以覆盖生活开支。Shein表示将基于此次调查加强供应链透明度，并试点推广第三方员工关怀热线。</div>
